Emerson Adds 150 Jobs

The global manufacturing company Emerson already employs 215 workers at its service center and has opened a second center at Multipark in the western San Jose suburb of Escazú that will hire 150 more.
The centers employ engineers in various fields as well as professionals in finance and administration for industries in the fields of oil, pharmaceutics, food, beverage, steel. paper and cement production.
Emerson has invested $3.4 million here since its arrival, according to the Costa Rican financial newspaper, El Financiero.
